Hyatt Place Moncton-Downtown

We always enjoy staying at the Hyatt, large clean comfortable rooms, outstanding service and excellent breakfast (coffee could be improved but overall varied and tasty). While we did not bring our dog this trip I appreciate that the property is pet friendly.

This was our second stay as The Hyatt Place as we were attending an event at the Avenir Centre which is right next door. The room was very comfortable with a small sectional where you could watch TV. It was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night and you couldnt hear anything from other rooms. The only con was that it is close to the railroad track and the train went by very early in the morning. I m a light sleeper so I woke up every morning. Breakfast was included and had lots of variety. Before our event we ate at the Italian restaurant, Carrabba's attached to the hotel and loved the food. Great place to stay. We ll be back.

This hotel is right in the heart of downtown Moncton, making it super easy to get to lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The nearest Bus 51 (Greenline) stop is just a two-minute walk away, so you can easily catch a ride to Northend or Dieppe (Champlain Mall). Plus, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the Maritime Bus Terminal and Via Rail station. One of the best perks is the free breakfast buffet. There’s a great selection, including tasty options like sausages and eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. It’s a fantastic way to start your day! The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. We booked the 'Specialty King Room with Sofa Bed,' and it was just right for us. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with separate areas for the toilet and shower. Our room was pretty quiet since it faced the train tracks and parking lot. We also appreciated how clean everything was kept by housekeeping.. Overall, this hotel offers a great location, good food, and friendly service. We definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Moncton!

The best staff - so professional and intuitive (friendly, competent and hard working). Breakfast had so many tasty selections (not your typical hot breakfast) and lady brought us warm toasted gf bread within minutes of asking. At same breakfast another lady cleaned/disinfected a table near us from top to bottom (including chair arms, salt/pepper shakers) after noticing previous guests sitting were coughing a little. Wow!!!

Love the place, the staff and the ambiance of the hotel, we celebrate the New Year's Eve and everything is fantastic, definitely will come back again next year. Security are awesome keeping guest safe.
